TERMS and CONDITIONS


For purposes of this document:
Olson Transportation, Inc. / Midwest Motorcoach shall be referred to as the "Bus Company".
The term "Bus" will refer to any coach, mini-coach or school bus.

1. CANCELLATION FEE
No cancellation fee will be assessed if the Bus ordered is canceled by FAX at least 72 hours in advance of departure time. Any deposit on account will be promptly refunded. If the Bus is canceled less than 72 hours in advance of departure time, deposit will be forfeited. Our FAX number is 847 336-1077.


2. DRIVER HOURS
Safety regulations set by the Federal Department of Transportation prohibit drivers to be on duty more than 15 hours per day, 10 of which are for driving. The driver must be given 8 consecutive hours off before he / she may resume their duties.

3. ITINERARIES
Detailed written itineraries are requested by FAX to the Bus Company no later than 7 days prior to departure.

4. CHAPERONE
Charter party agrees that a responsible person for each Bus chartered will be assigned for the purpose of providing adequate supervision and discipline. This person will assume responsibility for the compliance by passengers with this agreement.

5. PERSONAL ITEMS
Baggage and all other personal items will be handled only at the passengers own risk and only in an amount that can conveniently be carried in the Bus. Each passenger is responsible for making sure that no personal items have been left on the Bus.

6. OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS
The Bus Company and any of its agents reserves the right to refuse transportation to any person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs or displays conduct which is likely to make him / her objectionable to other passengers.

7. ABNORMAL CLEANING FEE
An abnormal cleaning fee is applied when a Bus is returned in an unacceptable condition due to food or beverage. Also, any damage caused by the charter party to the Bus will be assessed by the Bus Company to the charter party.

8. CREDITS
No credits will be given for mechanical failures of the video or audio equipment. We are not responsible for damage to passenger's video or audio tapes.

9. SUBSTITUTIONS
The Bus Company reserves the right to substitute equipment and / or drivers.

10. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Additional duties or services provided by the Bus Company or its agents, at the request of the charter party, that are beyond the scope of normal charter business, may result in additional charges.

11. ROUTING
The Bus Company reserves the right to choose, establish or change routing as it deems necessary. The customer may specify a particular route which may result in additional charges.

12. AGREEMENT
A signed copy of this agreement will be part of the original confirmation issued by the Bus Company.
